How does it work?
Q. How does the process work?
A. After an initial discussion, usually by phone, I send a completed project planner for you to look over. This includes a summary of the agreed work, the estimated timescale, and the cost.
Q. Is an initial meeting necessary?
A. Not usually. The work is carried out by phone and email for the most part.
Q. When do I pay?
A. There is nothing to pay upfront. You will be invoiced 7 days after you receive the first draft unless I receive a request for a second draft. I ask for payment, ideally by BACS, within 30 days.
Q. Do I get a chance to change the work if I don’t like it?
A. Yes. We can discuss the problem and either rewrite a particular part or if necessary, I can do a complete rewrite.
Q. How do you send the work to us?
A. The work will be sent as a MS Word document attached to an email.
If preferred, I can also upload the work to a Google Doc or WordPress account.
